2024 Summer Camps at JCFUMC

Camps are open to children who have completed K-5th grade.
Camp Wilderness
June 21st - June 22nd
51 Camp Wilderness Lane, Iberia, MO
We're taking our Summer Camp experience to a whole new level this year by offering a 2-day/1-night adventure to Camp Wilderness in Iberia, MO!
Cost: $30 per child. Since this is an overnight camp, we ask that at least one parent stay the night with their child.
Meet at the Church on Friday, June 21st at 1:30pm to carpool to the campsite. We will be staying in cabins that do have beds. Please bring pillows/blankets/sleeping bags and any other comforts you will need for the night.
We'll fill that evening and Saturday with fun outdoor activities, Bible lessons, creative exploration and more! This is something new we are trying this year and are excited to see how God shows up while spending time enjoying His creation. Our plan is to leave for home around 5pm on Saturday.

Music, Art & Drama Camp
July 8th - July 11th 9am - 12pm
201 Monroe St., Jefferson City, MO
Cost: $20 per child.
During this camp, the children experience all manner of creative outlets. They will learn a play to perform for their families at the end of the week.
This year we have chosen "Faith News" by Christy and Daniel Semsen, published by WordKidz. This theatrical interpretation tells Bible stories through the lens of a children-run newscast.

*We’re looking forward to seeing everyone for camps this summer, and we don’t want cost to stand in the way. There are scholarships available for camp, reach out to Kyrell and he’ll work with you to figure it out.
