Guidelines for Borrowing Books

Requests are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis. 

Print out the Request Form, complete it, and mail to the address on the form.

**We recommend listing alternative titles in case a title is unavailable

**A Contact Person should order for an entire unit to cut costs

Loan period is 4 weeks.  Borrower (or local UMW unit) pays return postage.
