Executive Board or Mission Team

To prevent vacancies occurring in all offices simultaneously, the two-year terms rotate.

· Those to be elected in even years and take office January 1 of odd years: Vice President, Treasurer, Membership, Education, Program Resources, Chair of Nominations.

· Those to be elected in odd years and take office January 1 of even years: President, Secretary, Social Action, Spiritual Growth, Communications.

The MISSION TEAM chair is the unit President. Other members include Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Program Resources, Chair of Nominating Committee, and coordinators: Education-Interpretation; Membership Nurture & Outreach; Social Action; Spiritual Growth; Communications.

The PROGRAM COMMITTEE chair is the unit Vice President. Other members include President, Secretary, Treasurer, Program Resources, coordinators: Education-Interpretation; Membership Nurture & Outreach; Social Action; Spiritual Growth; Communications.

The FINANCE COMMITTEE chair is the unit Treasurer. Other members include President, Vice President, Secretary, Program Resources, coordinators: Education-Interpretation; Membership Nurture & Outreach; Social Action; Spiritual Growth; Communications.

The NOMINATIONS COMMITTEE consists of the Nominations Chair and two to three Nominations members.
