Small Groups
While Sunday morning services are important times of community and fellowship, small groups are the key to deeper spiritual growth and connection.
First United Methodist Church offers a variety of small groups throughout the year, so you can get plugged in, no matter where you are in your spiritual walk. The groups offer a strong network of care, support, encouragement and family life that's crucial for a tangible experience of Christ's love through His church.
Groups vary in size, style, format, time and location. Opportunities are available for men and women, young adult and more mature.

Coming for Advent: Christmas Gifts that Won’t Break A churchwide Advent study that explores how the gifts of the Advent season have a permanence that speaks to generations past, present, and future. What are the Christmas gifts that won’t break? They are those gifts that cannot be lost, that never go out of style, and that are independent of the chances and changes of life. They are the gifts that have been graciously given by God. This churchwide Advent study focuses on four of those gifts that also coincide with the four outer candles of the traditional Advent wreath: hope, love, joy, and peace. Sundays of Advent 4:00 pm
